I am the Health Sciences Librarian at Southern Illinois University Carbondale. I am a liaison and subject specialist to the college of allied health and departments of kinesiology, physiology, microbiology, health education, recreation, and rehabilitation. My research interests include evidence-based practice, outreach to public health professionals, health literacy, racial and ethnic health disparities as well as the history and philosophy of medicine, science and public health.
